Payroll international Client Officer

We are looking for one of our client (accounting consultancy company) a Payroll profile that would enjoy managing their international clients and with activities in Belgium to manager their belgian payroll operations. Do you have 2+ years of experience as a Belgian payroll & HR consultant in an international context, and are you bi-lingual ENG ++ / NL or FR? This might be a job for you

Your responsibilities?

• Ensure accurate monthly payroll processing for your clients and provide high-standard non-standard payroll solutions.
• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of payroll software and Belgian social & labour law.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and provide top-notch client service.
• Take ownership of day-to-day deliverables and apply your expertise to solve complex HR/payroll challenges.
• Work closely with a multi-skilled team of specialists and share knowledge proactively.

Profile sought after?

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Belgian payroll & HR consultant in an international context.
• University degree in economics, business sciences, STEM, or similar (major in Belgian Accounting/Audit is a plus).
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• People-oriented, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in consulting environments (Big4 experience is a strong asset).
• Bi-lingual ENG ++ / NL or French.
