We’re looking for a Senior Application Support Agent to join our Brussels-based team and help ensure smooth operations for business-critical applications in an international environment.
💡 What you’ll do
✅ Be the first point of contact for end users (application questions & incidents)
✅ Handle and document requests following ITIL best practices
✅ Monitor and coordinate ticket resolution with IT teams
✅ Investigate issues using SQL and database troubleshooting
✅ Work with Oracle / relational databases
✅ Escalate complex cases to development teams and follow up until closure
✅ Maintain and improve documentation 📚 (manuals, FAQs, wikis, dashboards)
✅ Contribute to team operations, performance reviews, and service improvement
🔧 What you bring
⭐ 3+ years of experience in application support / service support
⭐ Strong experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow is a plus!)
⭐ Strong SQL skills + good database knowledge (Oracle preferred)
⭐ Understanding of REST / SOAP and system integrations
⭐ Comfortable working in an ITIL-based support environment
⭐ Great communication skills in English & French 🗣️
⭐ Analytical mindset + structured troubleshooting approach
