Transfer Pricing Manager


Meraki Talent are delighted to be supporting a leading international advisory firm with the appointment of a Transfer Pricing Manager to join their Brussels office.

The Role

As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will take responsibility for delivering transfer pricing advisory services to a portfolio of multinational clients. You will manage projects end-to-end, provide technical guidance, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. You’ll also play a key role in developing junior colleagues and driving the growth of the transfer pricing practice in Brussels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the delivery of transfer pricing projects, including planning, compliance, documentation, and dispute resolution.
  • Advising multinational clients on complex cross-border transactions, restructurings, and value chain analysis.
  • Managing and mentoring junior team members, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on transfer pricing matters.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and supporting the growth of the transfer pricing practice in Belgium.

Requirements

  • A professional qualification in economics, finance, law, or accountancy.
  • Strong experience in transfer pricing, ideally gained within a Big 4 or top advisory firm.
  • Solid technical knowledge of OECD guidelines, Belgian regulations, and international transfer pricing principles.
  • Proven experience in managing projects and developing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in French or Dutch is also required.
  • A commercial mindset, leadership ability, and ambition to progress within a leading global firm
