bMonkeys is looking for a medior Business Analyst HR (freelance or consulting employee) to support a major actor in the energy sector in Brussels.

As part of this mission, you will collaborate with both internal teams and other contingent workers to help build a sustainable, green and reliable energy infrastructure that drives economic growth and reduces our ecological footprint.
As part of the transition to a product‑oriented SAP IT operating model , we are looking for a Business Analyst SAP HR+ to support the Group’s HR+ product team.
The landscape runs on S/4HANA , with a strong Fiori-first philosophy and a roadmap to transition to a private cloud by 2027.
Analysis & requirements
Analyze, describe and model business requirements related to HR processes.
Testing & quality assurance
Prepare test scenarios and support test execution and UAT processes.
Provide 2nd‑level support for applications under the HR+ product (mainly Fiori).
Ensure alignment between business processes, technical solutions and connected products (Finance, Controlling, Procurement…).
Develop reporting solutions and perform data analyses to support business decisions.
Work with product teams and stakeholders in Belgium and Germany to evaluate, prioritize and plan product evolution and maintenance.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in HR processes.
Strong understanding of the strategic role of HR for other business departments.
Languages: Fluent English + one of the following: Dutch / French / German.
Experience in writing user stories, defining test scenarios, executing tests and supporting UAT.
Ability to bridge business needs with IT capabilities within an HR product context.
Experience with S/4HANA , SAP HR (OM/PA) and Fiori is a strong asset.
