Role Description

The Production & Sales Operations Manager is an on-site position based in Brussels .

In this role, you will be responsible for confirming customer orders and managing the full production process , ensuring that all orders meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities include order and production planning , coordinating schedules, collaborating closely with artisans and suppliers, sourcing materials, and maintaining strict quality control standards throughout the production cycle. You will also support inventory management and contribute to efficient and well-structured production workflows.

An essential part of the role is building and maintaining strong relationships with craftspeople and customers , ensuring clear communication and smooth execution at every stage.

The position also involves travel , including attending trade fairs to meet customers and visiting artisan workshops to oversee production and ensure quality control on site.

 Qualifications

• Strong organisational and time-management skills with great attention to detail
• Solid knowledge of production follow-up, supply chain processes, inventory control, and material sourcing
• Clear and confident communication skills, able to work closely with artisans, suppliers, and internal teams
• Comfortable using digital tools for order tracking, production monitoring, and documentation
• Passion for fashion, design, and craftsmanship, with a strong sensitivity to quality
• Fluent in English and French ; Dutch is a plus
• Hands-on, collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment
