Our partner, a leading name in utility network management, is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee their activities in Charleroi and Gent . This is a high-impact role where technical leadership, operational excellence, and team empowerment go hand in hand.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the division across Charleroi and Gent, managing teams of project managers and field technicians.
• Ensure the successful delivery of network installation and maintenance projects, aligned with public sector standards and company KPIs.
• Monitor financial performance: revenue, margins, operational budgets, and investments.
• Inspire, guide, and coach your teams while fostering cross-site collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Actively contribute to the strategic vision and operational roadmap at a regional level.

Your Profile

• Engineering background (ideally in electromechanics) or equivalent technical experience.
• Solid experience in the energy, utilities, or industrial infrastructure sector.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams and project delivery.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills with a strong operational mindset.
• Fluency in French and Dutch is mandatory.
