A leading global IT services and technology consulting organisation is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a large-scale Guidewire implementation for a major insurance client.

This is a senior delivery role with end-to-end responsibility across multiple onshore and offshore locations , working closely with client stakeholders, technical teams, and commercial leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of a Guidewire implementation (PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter)
• Act as the primary delivery interface with senior client stakeholders
• Manage multi-location delivery teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore)
• Ensure delivery against scope, timelines, budget, and quality
• Govern delivery using appropriate Agile / hybrid methodologies
• Identify delivery risks and proactively manage dependencies
• Support account growth and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales and account leadership
• Contribute to roadmap discussions, change requests, and follow-on work

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager / Programme Manager within insurance IT transformations
• Strong hands-on experience delivering Guidewire implementations
• Deep understanding of insurance domain processes (P&C preferred)
• Experience managing complex, distributed delivery models
• Strong stakeholder management skills at Director / C-suite level
• Comfortable operating in a client-facing consulting environment
• Fluency in French or Dutch

Nice to Have

• Experience working for a global systems integrator or IT services provider
• Exposure to commercial discussions , change control, or cross-sell initiatives
• Agile / SAFe / PMP / Prince2 certifications
