1. Context of the mission
Project context:
The goal of this specific IT track is to design & deliver IT solutions that support the development of a new warehouse facility.
This involves implementing a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and optimizing critical business processes across core systems and processes. Supply Chain processes like Replenishment (Store/DC), transportation, master data management, SAP ERP integration, and warehouse automation.
Key responsibilities :
Define IT Track Structure: Establishing the scope, responsibilities, and governance processes
necessary to manage the IT track effectively.
Translate Roadmap: Breaking down the overarching three-year project roadmap into a detailed IT delivery timeline with achievable milestones.
Team onboarding: Defining essential skillsets and onboarding technical analysts/leads to
form a high-performing IT team.
Governance Development: Setting up decision-making frameworks and monitoring processes to manage risks, ensure progress, and uphold quality across IT deliverables.
Business experience required (work experience)
Mandatory (years: senior 3-5)
•5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management
•Proven experience leading teams of analysts (functional and/or technical)
•Solid background in Supply Chain processes (procurement, warehousing, planning, logistics, order-to-cash)
•Experience with ERP transformation or integration projects (preferably SAP)
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain flows and how they integrate into ERP systems
• Ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end solution roadmaps
•Strong experience managing dependencies between Supply Chain, ERP, and logistics systems
•Governance, documentation, program reporting.
•Leading functional design workshops and validating solution fit
