Field Sales Manager / Sales Manager


We offer a uniquely diverse portfolio of beverages enjoyed by millions across the globe We are looking for a forward-thinking and inspiring Field Sales Manager who will be leading a team of 12 sales representatives through a period of transformation and growth (proximity trend, integration of Dr Pepper and Canada Dry in our priorities, artificial intelligence, etc…). You thrive on driving change, leveraging data and technology, and coaching teams to unlock their full potential. You will play a key role in implementing new Route-to-Market initiatives , including the adoption of AI-powered tools , enhanced data gathering and analysis , and modernized sales processes. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping a high-performing, agile, and future-ready sales force. Lead and motivate a team of field sales representatives to perform at their best. Hold monthly team meetings to align on short-term goals, share ideas, and energize the team. Introduce new tools and processes to improve efficiency and support transformation. Build a team culture that values flexibility, learning, and innovation. Sales Strategy & Execution Design and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with Key Accounts managers, marketing, supply chain, IT and center of excellence Data-Driven Transformation Lead the rollout of new IT tools, including AI-based systems to guide and support sales reps. Promote a data-centric mindset within the team, ensuring accurate data collection and usage. Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Coaching & Development Provide hands-on coaching to develop commercial capabilities and strategic thinking. Support career development and succession planning within the team. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence. Proven experience in field sales and team leadership, ideally in FMCG or retail. Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, dashboards, and digital tools. Experience with CRM systems and AI-driven sales platforms (a plus). Exceptional coaching with strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and emotional intelligence, with a proven ability to motivate, support, and develop diverse teams.
