My client is a fast-growing HRTech of close to 50 people based in Brussels. With zero customer churn over five years and an NPS of 50+, the product speaks for itself.
Due to their growth, they’re now hiring two Account Executive to lead the corporate and SMB segment.
What you’ll do :
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle (from qualified lead to close) in the country
- Work closely with SDR team
- Highly account-based sales motion with strong inbound support
- Full autonomy after onboarding : you will be evaluated on the business you are bringing, not your schedule
Who you are:
- You have a first experience selling B2B SaaS, ideally in HR.
- You have a hunter mindset willing to develop.
- You can speak fluently English and Dutch or French.
- You thrive in autonomy, and love a smart, mission-driven team
- Used to complex selling (4+ months) with high value (15k to 50k+ in ARR on average)
