(Senior) Construction Manager (m/f/d)

SilverBack is looking for an experienced Construction Manager (Mechanical or Electrical) to lead large-scale, technically complex construction projects for a major international client for a Data Centre Project based in Mons, Belgium. Key Responsibilities Overall management of site safety, QA, programme, and daily operations Control and reporting of project costs (labour, materials, plant & equipment) Lead subcontractor performance, progress tracking, and coordination meetings Drive safety, quality, and engineering standards across the project Manage snagging, reporting, documentation, and project close-out activities Liaise closely with the project team, client, and stakeholders Ensure all safety, QA, and subcontractor documentation is maintained and compliant Essential Requirements ~5+ years as Senior Construction Manager or 10+ years as Construction Manager ~ Data Centre experience ~10–15 years’ experience on large-scale technical or industrial projects ~ Strong background in design & build environments ~ In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety, and Quality compliance ~ Solid understanding of Civil, Structural, Architectural, M&E systems ~ Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver projects to tight deadlines ~ Excellent communication and leadership skills ~ Highly proficient in English ~ EU passport or Belgium Residency Permit Package & Rotation Excellent package on offer Accommodation, car, and flights fully covered Rotation: 17 weeks on / 4 weeks off
