As the sole Level 2 IT Support Analyst on-site, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering legal professionals through high-quality technical support and training. Your Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2 IT support to end users, handling more complex issues that go beyond first-line troubleshooting.
• Assist and train users on core business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, iManage) and legal technology to boost digital efficiency.
• Provide in-office support for hardware, video conferencing systems, mobile devices, and remote access tools.
• Liaise with infrastructure teams for hardware maintenance, upgrades, and rollout of new systems locally.
• Actively participate in regional and global IT initiatives, ensuring smooth local implementation and user satisfaction.

Your Profile

• Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in a Level 2 IT support or training function, ideally within a law firm or similar professional environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows, Office, Citrix, remote access tools, mobile devices, and printing solutions.
• Skilled in solving complex technical issues and communicating effectively with time-pressured users.
• Able to work independently while being part of a wider regional and global IT structure.
