About the Role We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can independently own complex product areas, translate business requirements into high-quality design solutions, and actively collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams. You will be responsible not just for visuals, but for product-level design thinking, usability, and continuous UX improvement based on real user feedback and analytics. Requirements:
4+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer working on complex digital products
Strong understanding of product design, UX principles, and user-centered design processes
Proven experience designing based on user flows, BPMN diagrams, and structured business requirements
Experience working with web applications and internal systems
Experience working on complex, logic-heavy products with multiple user roles (e.g. service platforms, CRM/ERP-like systems)
Experience designing for multiple user roles B2B2C
Solid background in mobile-first and responsive design
Experience using analytics and feedback tools (e.g., PostHog) to inform design decisions
Ability to independently propose design solutions and refine them through collaboration
Strong communication skills and experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams
English proficiency B2 or higher
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customers, Business Analysts, and product stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and user problems
Design end-to-end user flows based on requirements, BPMN diagrams, and process descriptions
Create detailed, high-fidelity mockups, including system styling, reusable components, and realistic data representation
Contribute to and evolve the design system in collaboration with development teams
Work closely with front-end and mobile developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Apply a mobile-first approach across all solutions
Analyze end-user feedback and product analytics (PostHog) to identify usability issues and propose UX improvements
Proactively suggest design and UX improvements during requirements discovery, not only execution
Support iterative design improvements throughout the product lifecycle
