Job descriptionHey there
Welcome, my name is Larissa, I am the Head Coach at Rocycle We are looking for instructors to join the team in our studio in Brussel-Ixelles. Super excited to have you considering the ride of a lifetime with us.
At Rocycle, we get the chance to inspire people, every day, every ride. Our studios are a place where everyone is welcome, free to be themselves and explore how incredible it is to move their body. As a Rocycle instructor, you are creating that space for people. You encourage the room to challenge themselves physically and mentally, in a way that fits what they need from the room. We lead. We energize. We inspire.
So, what's a week in the life of a Rocycle instructor look like? You're on that bike, setting the rhythm for the room. We usually teach in 2 class blocks, 3-4 days a week on a fixed schedule. And we believe it is so important to give you space to unlock your creativity You'll start with our Foundation Framework, curating your playlist and moves. Expect to spend around 4 hours a week getting your flow just right.
To inspire the room, we are always looking to first inspire ourselves. Whether it is through incredible conversations with our friends, listening to mindful podcasts or reading, we are on the lookout for that next theme for our rides.
