Senior Capital Markets Consultant

Tasks

Lead workstreams in capital markets consulting projects

Analyze trading activities, balance sheet structures, risk frameworks, and regulations

Translate regulatory requirements into business and operating-model impacts

Prepare and present high-quality client deliverables

Coach junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge development

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in Consulting or within a Financial institution

Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field

A market relevant certification like CFA or FRM is a plus

Solid understanding of capital markets products, financial institutions and Strong expertise in at least one area: Trading, Risk Management, ALM, Treasury, Market Risk, Liquidity, or Capital Markets Regulation

Comfortable interacting directly with clients and excellent communication skills in English; Dutch and/or French required
