Organizational Context and Scope

Under the overall supervision of the Regional Director (RD) in the Regional Office in Vienna (ROV) for Europe and Central Asia, and in collaboration with relevant Units at Headquarters (HQ) and Administrative Centers in Manila and Panama City, the Senior Sub-Regional Resources Management Officer will report directly to the Sub-Regional Director and closely work and coordinate with the SRRMO in ROV. The Senior Sub-Regional Resources Management Officer will oversee and guide financial, human resources, and administrative functions for the Country Offices (COs) within the EEA Sub-Region. The Senior Sub-Regional Resources Management Officer will act as the functional manager for RMOs in 27 COs under the SRO's supervision, advise CoMs/HoOs on management issues, provide financial oversight for sub-regional projects, and oversee the resources management functions of the SRO and EU Global Office.
