Job Description:

The Merchant Operations Specialist ensures operational readiness and data quality for merchants across Pluxee's affiliated network. The role oversees onboarding compliance, payment setup, and CRM accuracy while acting as the operational interface for merchant-related activities, including those linked to tender execution. It ensures that all merchant records meet internal and external requirements, including fiscal, legal, and technical standards, and collaborates with internal teams for continuous process improvement.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

The Merchant Operations Specialist ensures operational readiness and data quality for merchants across Pluxee's affiliated network. The role oversees onboarding compliance, payment setup, and CRM accuracy while acting as the operational interface for merchant-related activities, including those linked to tender execution. It ensures that all merchant records meet internal and external requirements, including fiscal, legal, and technical standards, and collaborates with internal teams for continuous process improvement. 
 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Merchant Record Management 

  • Validate merchant data during onboarding and update critical information over time. 
  • Ensure records in Salesforce and related systems are accurate, compliant, and complete. 
  • Manage merchant status updates, category classification, and fiscal documentation. 

Operational Process Execution 

  • Coordinate merchant payment setup and update processes in collaboration with Finance. 
  • Ensure that all required documentation (contracts, certifications, identifiers) is properly filed. 
  • Liaise with Legal, Compliance, and Merchant Sales teams for issue resolution. 

Tender Coordination Support 

  • Act as the operational point of contact for tender-related merchant requirements. 
  • Work with the Tender Manager to ensure merchant eligibility documentation is collected. 
  • Ensure alignment between sales commitments and merchant-side operational readiness. 

Issue Resolution & Quality Assurance 

  • Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies, errors, or merchant-reported issues. 
  • Monitor operational SLAs and escalate delays or risks proactively. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding and support processes. 
     

REQUIREMENTS 

Education 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Compliance, or equivalent. 

Work Experience 

  • 3–5 years in operations, administration, or compliance roles. 
  • Experience with CRM data quality, financial operations, or tender support preferred. 

Other Skills and Certifications 

  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM and administrative workflow tools. 
  • Strong knowledge of compliance standards and documentation processes. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong coordination and follow-up skills. 
  • Familiarity with tender procedures is a plus. 

Languages 

  • English is considered an advantage, as it supports communication, learning, and collaboration within our multinational context. 

Working Conditions 

  • Hybrid, based on local country/home rules.
