To support our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager to join our team and help us drive long-term value for our customers.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for your customer portfolio. Your mission is to build and maintain strong client relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and ensure overall customer satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle – from onboarding to daily operations.

Key responsibilities:

·       Relationship management: Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.

·       Up- and cross-selling: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively propose relevant solutions.

·       Customer feedback: Gather, consolidate, and share structured feedback to support continuous improvement.

·       Customer satisfaction: Monitor and safeguard customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and quick issue resolution.

·       Internal collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Product Owners, Customer Care, Onboarding, etc.) to ensure seamless service and delivery.



Who are we looking for?


You are a dynamic and commercially minded professional with a strong interest in both IT and mobility. You have a proactive mindset, enjoy working with clients, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Your profile:

·       Minimum 5 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role

·       Proven interest or background in IT, Retail, Mobility,...

·       Strong commercial acumen with a customer-centric approach

·       Fluent in Dutch/French, and English

·       A true team player with excellent interpersonal skills

·       Solution-oriented and results-driven
