WHY ARE WE HIRING?
To support Biocodex's growth and digital transformation, we're looking for an
IT Functional Analyst
who will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring our systems and data empower smarter decisions.

YOUR MISSION
As an IT Functional Analyst, you'll be the
key link between business teams and IT
. You'll translate business needs into smart, functional IT solutions and make sure data is reliable, consistent, and accessible across systems. You'll work with core applications such as
ERP, CRM, and BI
, and play a central role in
data-driven decision-making and process optimization
.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements through interviews and workshops. Turn these into clear, actionable functional specifications.
• Data Management: Support data flows between systems and help define KPIs and reporting needs.
• Training & Support: Empower users to make the most of BI tools and maintain user-friendly documentation.
• Testing & Validation: Participate in testing phases and ensure smooth implementation.
• Compliance & Governance: Keep everything aligned with IT policies and data protection standards.

CORE COMPETENCIES

• Strong analytical and process mapping skills
• Experience with data models, reporting, and documentation
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Attention to detail and a structured working style
• Understanding of compliance and data security principles

YOUR PROFILE

• You have at least one experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and BI systems
• Knowledge of SQL, PowerBI, and SSMS is a plus
• Fluent in French or Dutch, and English
• Based in or willing to work in the Brussels area
