MarCom Senior Project Manager




What will you do?


As a MarCom Senior Project Manager you lead bpost's major external communication projects. You translate the brand, corporate and marketing strategy into clear, impactful communication plans and campaigns across all external channels — executed consistently, on time and on brief. You drive end-to-end projects that strengthen visibility, reputation and customer satisfaction.

Strategic translation & planning

  • Translate business, marketing and sales objectives into integrated communication and/or event plans.
  • Analyse briefings, ask the right questions and define the project approach and strategy.
  • Develop annual action plans for your domain, aligned with the corporate communication strategy.

Campaign & channel management

  • Develop and coordinate integrated multi-channel campaigns (DM, digital, social, press, PR, events…).
  • Manage and optimise communication channels, formats, templates, toolkits and processes.
  • Safeguard brand consistency, positioning and usage of trademarks and domain names.
  • Recommend the most effective solutions and challenge stakeholders and agencies where needed.

Project management

  • Own projects end to end: planning, timing, budget control, risk management, reporting.
  • Coordinate agencies and internal teams; act as SPOC for all project stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-BU projects and, when required, guide experts within your domain.

Analysis, optimisation & innovation

  • Monitor market, media and communication trends and translate them into actionable improvements.
  • Define KPIs, track performance and optimise campaigns to maximise impact.
  • Improve processes, anticipate issues and test new tools and methods.

Reputation & stakeholder communication

  • Position bpost as best-in-class within your communications expertise.
  • Provide strategic advice, ensure effective, aligned messaging and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Facilitate internal knowledge-sharing through training, guidelines and best practices.


Who are you?

  • 8–10 years of experience in marketing, communication or reputation
    management, including multichannel campaigns and complex projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, end-to-end ownership
    mindset.
  • Excellent storytelling, analytical and editorial skills; able to turn
    complexity into clarity.
  • Creative, curious and up to date with communication trends and tools.
  • A natural collaborator who builds trust and alignment across teams.
  • Fluent in NL, FR and EN.
  • Experience with issue/crisis communication is a plus.
