Process Expert

About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a passion for optimizing IT processes? We are looking for a motivated IT Process Analyst (junior, medior, or senior) to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for mapping, analyzing, and improving IT processes. You will identify inefficiencies, propose enhancements, and ensure that workflows align with organizational goals. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help streamline operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Observe, understand, and model existing organizational processes (AS-IS).
• Develop and implement optimized processes and solutions (TO-BE).
• Utilize IT tools to streamline workflows and enable automation.
• Track, measure, and report on the outcomes of process improvements.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.

Your Profile

• Solid understanding of IT processes and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with Office 365, JIRA, Trello, or Confluence.
• Knowledge of Business Process Modelling (BPMN or UML).
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean management is an advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus, but not required.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory; proficiency in French is a strong asset.
