As manager talent acquisition at Loop, you are right in the middle of how we scale. You turn growth ambition into real teams and make sure the people we hire today can carry Loop forward tomorrow. This is not a role on the sidelines. Your impact shows up in the quality of hires, the confidence of hiring managers and the culture we protect while moving fast. You lead our talent acquisition team of two senior recruiters, work closely with external RPO partners, and stay hands on where it matters. You build strong relationships across the business, bring clarity to what teams really need and raise the bar without slowing things down.

From first touch to signed offer, hiring should feel sharp, human and honest. You own our hiring approach end to end and use Ashby to create insight and structure, not bureaucracy. You partner closely with employer branding and recruitment marketing, keep candidate experience high and make sure speed and quality reinforce each other. You help us mature how we hire while keeping it playful, direct and true to who we are.
