Responsibilities

  • Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to their bookings, travel plans, and accommodation options
  • Provide expert guidance and support to enhance the customer experience and ensure all queries are addressed promptly
  • Handle complaints and troubleshoot issues with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Document interactions and feedback in the CRM system to track inquiries and service quality
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and promote a customer-first environment
  • Stay informed about the latest offers, promotions, and travel trends to provide informed assistance to clients

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and efficiently resolve customer issues
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software
  • Open to relocating to Greece and embracing a new work culture
