Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Sustainability Reporting Specialist who is analytical, collaborative, and proactive to join us in our Sustainability, Corporate Affairs and Risk team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.
About the role
You will be working in a team that drives excellence in sustainability reporting across the company. In this role, you will lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of our sustainability data and reporting processes. You will ensure that our extra‑financial performance is accurately captured, well‑structured, and fully aligned with evolving global regulations and company strategy. This position is global in scope, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with teams across multiple regions and functions.
Who you'll work with
You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with colleagues across Sustainability, Finance, Environmental Sustainability, Technology, and other stakeholder groups. You will also work alongside the Sustainability Reporting Lead, who transforms data into insights for investors, rating agencies, and internal leadership. Together, you will contribute to building a strong, transparent, and future‑ready sustainability reporting framework.
What you'll do
• Enhance sustainability data systems and processes by partnering with cross‑functional teams to improve definitions, methodologies, and data quality.
• Lead project planning for sustainability reporting, ensuring clear timelines, ownership, and progress tracking.
• Support change management efforts to build awareness, engagement, and adoption of sustainability reporting practices across the company.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and Finance to strengthen data collection tools, templates, and reporting workflows.
• Manage reporting cycles to deliver accurate and timely sustainability data to senior leadership.
• Contribute to the development of a robust governance framework for sustainability information.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects in large organizations.
• Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information.
• Experience with sustainability reporting is a plus, but not required.
