integrity, accuracy, consistency and traceability of agent-related data

Key Responsibilities
Data Quality & Governance
- Ensure agent-related data meets high standards of accuracy, reliability and completeness across all activities.
- Validate data lineage, identify golden data sources, and continuously monitor data integrity.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of data governance standards, policies and controls.
Regulatory Reporting & Compliance
- Support regulatory compliance by ensuring that data used for supervisory and regulatory reporting is accurate, auditable and traceable.
- Assist in aligning data practices with regulatory expectations and internal control frameworks.
Operational Efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agents to streamline data acquisition and processing workflows.
- Improve the flexibility and scalability of data processes in response to evolving regulatory and business requirements.
Metadata & Documentation
- Develop and maintain a centralised repository of agent-related metadata, including data definitions, ownership, lineage and usage rules.
- Ensure documentation remains accurate, accessible and up to date.
Risk Management
- Identify data-related risks within agent operations and propose mitigation and remediation actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational and compliance risks linked to data.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Align data flows, standards and policies across internal teams (Compliance, AML, IT and Operations) and external stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding.
Audit Readiness
- Support internal and external audits by providing assurance on the traceability, quality and compliance of agent data sources.
Skills & Competencies
Data Governance & Management
- Strong understanding of data ownership, data flows, lineage and maintenance in complex environments.
- Familiarity with data governance standards or frameworks (e.g. BCBS 239) is an asset.
- Experience reviewing, validating and maintaining golden source data and data dictionaries.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of data architecture and data warehousing principles.
- Experience with SQL, data modelling and API integrations.
- Familiarity with advanced programming languages or data tools is a plus.
Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge
- Understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management principles.
- Knowledge of financial regulations (e.g. GDPR, PSD2, EBA guidelines) is highly valued.
- Experience supporting regulatory reporting or audits is a strong asset.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to identify data inconsistencies and implement effective corrective actions.
- Strong root cause analysis skills to improve data reliability and quality.
Communication & Collaboration
- Ability to translate technical data concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
- Strong documentation skills for both business and technical audiences.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical, compliance and operational teams, as well as external stakeholders.
Project & Change Management
- Ability to manage multiple data streams or initiatives in parallel.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Experience supporting change initiatives related to data governance or regulatory compliance is an asset.
Profile
Education & Experience
- Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in data governance, regulatory reporting, compliance or similar roles involving complex data environments.
Languages
- Fluent in French or Dutch, with excellent command of English (written and spoken).
