Creative Intern


Don't fetch coffee. Build a brand.

  • Location: Antwerp, Belgium (On-site)
  • Duration: 4-6 Months (Full-time or Part-time)
  • Language: Dutch (Crucial for content) & English

The Mission: Make Caring Cool. Elderly care usually looks gray, medical, and sad. We are changing that. We want to show the world the joy of intergenerational connection. We want to capture the laughter between a 20-year-old student and an 85-year-old \"Maurice.\" Your job is to tell these stories so loudly and beautifully that every student in Belgium wants to join our movement.

Your Playground: Visuals, Video & Virality

You will work directly with our Growth Lead to execute the brand strategy. You have total creative freedom to experiment.

  • TikTok & Reels Creator: You are the \"Director of Vibes.\" You will film and edit short-form video content that stops the scroll. Think: \"Day in the life of a Care Student,\" \"Street interviews with seniors,\" and heartwarming moments that go viral.
  • Influencer Hunter: You will identify and contact local micro-influencers (students with a following) and \"Cool Grandmas/Grandpas.\" You will send them DM's, set up collaborations, and get them talking about M&N.
  • Visual Design: You will design the ads that run on Instagram and the flyers that go into local mailboxes. You make sure everything we put out looks premium and trustworthy.
  • Campaign Brainstorming: You aren't just an executor; you are a strategist. You will sit in meetings with the founders and pitch: \"Hey, we should do a Pop-Up Bingo rave in 't Zuid.\" (And then we might actually do it).

The Stack & Toolkit

  • Video: CapCut, Premiere Rush, or whatever you use to edit fast.
  • Design: Canva, Figma, (Photoshop.)
  • Socials: TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn.

Who You Are

  • A Storyteller: You see a student helping a senior cross the street and you think: \"That's a Reel.\"
  • Social Native: You know what audio is trending before it hits the mainstream. You understand why a video flops and how to fix the hook.
  • Fearless: You aren't afraid to walk up to a student on campus or a senior in a park and ask to film them.
  • Design Eye: You hate ugly fonts and bad alignment. You have a portfolio (even if it's just your own Instagram) that proves you have taste.
