Fatomi is an AI-powered recruitment platform designed by a recruiter, for recruiters. It helps recruitment teams source, analyze, match, and interview candidates faster — while keeping workflows structured and simple.

Mission (What you'll do)

As a Beta Tester, your role is to test Fatomi in real recruitment scenarios and help us improve the product before the public launch.

You will:

  • Test the CV Job matching feature (scoring + explanation)
  • Test AI sourcing (describe a profile in your own words and review results)
  • Test job description analysis (key skills, role clarity, requirements)
  • Test interview assistant (role-based questions + structure)
  • Share feedback on usability, clarity, and performance
  • Report bugs or confusing steps (quick screenshots or short notes)

What we're looking for

  • Recruiters / Talent Acquisition / Sourcers / Agency recruiters
  • Comfortable working with tech or specialized profiles (a plus)
  • Able to give honest, practical feedback (not just \"it's good\")
  • Available for 30–60 for the Demo + feedback sessions
  • Must to have : English
  • Nice to have : Spanish or Dutch or French or German
