What To Expect
As a Delivery Supervisor at our Delivery HUB in Londerzeel, you will serve as an Operations Coordinator while also leading a team of Customer Experience Specialists. Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless delivery operations, meeting or exceeding key performance indicators, and fostering synergy with the local Service team responsible for VRI/PDI (Vehicle Readiness Inspection/Pre-Delivery Inspection). You will operate cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, Logistics, and Service teams to guarantee timely vehicle handovers and exceptional customer satisfaction. This position demands strong leadership, operational expertise, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
What You'll Do- Oversee and coordinate all delivery operations within the assigned region, ensuring adherence to performance metrics such as dwell time, yield, cost per delivery, customer satisfaction, and transactional accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Customer Experience Specialists, building a high-performing team with a professional and supportive work environment while driving productivity and personal development.
- Ensure timely vehicle arrivals at Tesla locations, maintain vehicle readiness, and facilitate smooth and convenient vehicle handovers for customers.
- Collaborate with the local Service team to align on VRI/PDI processes, ensuring operational synergy and high-quality vehicle preparation.
- Work cross-functionally with Inside Sales & Delivery, Order Operations, Financial Services, Logistics, and other support teams to streamline processes and enhance the delivery experience.
- Plan, forecast, and execute operational tasks, managing both vehicle and customer flows on a day-to-day basis, including delivery calendars and scheduled volumes.
- Manage the delivery pipeline, handle customer escalations, and ensure final payment collection and vehicle revenue recognition in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Continuously monitor and improve delivery processes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for operational enhancements.
- Compile and present performance reports to leadership using standardized dashboards and tools, providing clear visibility into team and operational outcomes.
- Maintain Tesla's high standards for operational excellence and customer service, ensuring a world-class delivery experience through consistent training and coaching of staff.
What You'll Bring- Proven experience in Sales, Service, or Operations, with a strong focus on problem-solving, operational efficiency, and achieving results.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with prior experience managing or mentoring a team, including coaching and performance management through the full delivery cycle.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet business-critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational, numerical, and analytical skills to oversee complex operational processes and delivery pipelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French, and English (mandatory fluency in all three languages).
- Strong ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Technological fluency and comfort working across multiple systems and tools, with proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and internal business systems.
- Superior attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Consistent record of customer service excellence and a passion for enhancing the customer experience.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable and safe driving record, and a minimum of two years of driving experience.

U dient in het bezit te zijn van een geldig rijbewijs met een acceptabel en veilig rijgedrag en minimaal twee jaar rijervaring te hebben.
