YUST Antwerp's restaurant, eppo, offers a simple menu that focuses on seasonal and consciously sourced, quality ingredients.

Expect no-nonsense cooking with a creative take on classic techniques. The menu changes sporadically, as we cook with the seasons and take inspiration from what's around us.

Everything to do with FOOD: mise en place, prep, presentation, organisation... You'll support the kitchen team in making sure service runs smoothly. This is a part-time role, working Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

• There's no one who can prep a service quite like you
• You're practical, clean, and deliver qualitative work, faster than the speed of light
• You work well under pressure and have a hands-on mentality
• You have a positive mindset, are approachable and work well in a team
• Preferably you have experience in a similar food/bar concept
