Key Responsibilities:
Lab Operations & Management:
Work with tool vendors, external contractors and regulatory agencies to set up new lab for Automated Test Equipment (facilities, tool installation)
Implement and maintain quality, safety and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Manage maintenance, calibration, and upgrades of ATE (probers, probe cards, electronics equipment).
Run tool diagnostics, lead troubleshooting and coordinate tool vendors interventions as needed.
Perform hands-on tasks e.g. small repairs of connectors, cables and probe cards.
Technical Support & Testing:
Develop and run product files and recipes on TEL 300mm wafer probers
Develop automation software for new test setups
Lead, train, and provide technical direction to lab technicians and engineers.
Manage documentation, test requests, and work instructions.

Who you are:
You hold a Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related fields, or equivalent hands-on experience
You have 5+ years of experience in relevant roles
You speak fluent English
You are motivated to work on site (in Leuven) and be part of the action
Hands-on experience of automated wafer probers is a strong plus
Hands-on experience of rf test equipment and configurations is a strong plus
Solid understanding of electronic and magnetic devices is a strong plus
