Device Test Lab Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lab Operations & Management:

    • Work with tool vendors, external contractors and regulatory agencies to set up new lab for Automated Test Equipment (facilities, tool installation)

    • Implement and maintain quality, safety and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

    • Manage maintenance, calibration, and upgrades of ATE (probers, probe cards, electronics equipment).

    • Run tool diagnostics, lead troubleshooting and coordinate tool vendors interventions as needed.

    • Perform hands-on tasks e.g. small repairs of connectors, cables and probe cards.

  • Technical Support & Testing:

    • Develop and run product files and recipes on TEL 300mm wafer probers

    • Develop automation software for new test setups

    • Lead, train, and provide technical direction to lab technicians and engineers.

    • Manage documentation, test requests, and work instructions.

Who you are:

  • You hold a Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related fields, or equivalent hands-on experience

  • You have 5+ years of experience in relevant roles

  • You speak fluent English

  • You are motivated to work on site (in Leuven) and be part of the action

  • Hands-on experience of automated wafer probers is a strong plus

  • Hands-on experience of rf test equipment and configurations is a strong plus

  • Solid understanding of electronic and magnetic devices is a strong plus
