• You give support to our attorneys on intellectual property matters (with a focus on trademarks, designs and copyright) and to take care of the follow-up of their files
• You will handle drafting of letters and official documents as well as preparation of legal files
• You take care of the administrative follow-up of files, offers and invoicing
• You ensure accurate database management and monitoring of deadlines
• You will work closely with colleagues from other departments

• You have a degree in Law Practice / Languages / History / Communication…
• Working experience in administration is considered a plus
• You have a strong interest in Intellectual Property, among others, Trademarks, Designs, Copyright and Domain names
• You have an interest in administration and IP
• Affinity for a legal environment is necessary
• You have excellent communication skills, written and spoken
• You are a business minder, and you are not afraid to contact clients
• You are fluent in Dutch, with an excellent command of English and a good command of French
• You are proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office Programs
• You are accurate, proactive and well organized
• You can work independently, handle deadlines and are stress resistant
• You are eager to learn and to develop yourself in the field
• You enjoy working in a team
