• You explore and identify new business opportunities to enhance market presence in the SME D&O sector within the Benelux region;
• You seek out avenues for expanding business in the Cyber Insurance market across the Benelux area;
• You cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key brokers to foster collaboration;
• You contribute to strategy formulation, product enhancement, and marketing initiatives to develop a robust, sustainable, and profitable portfolio;
• You engage in broking (BDBE) or underwriting (MUE) activities on behalf of underwriters, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of market behavior;
• You initiate business development efforts by proactively visiting and engaging with clients to optimize opportunities;
• You conduct thorough technical assessments of policy documentation;
• You manage official communication with clients to ensure clarity and professionalism;
• You keep track of renewal retention rates and the growth of new business initiatives;
• You maintain client files systematically and efficiently to ensure easy accessibility and organization.

Profile

• Possesses an extensive knowledge of the Commercial Directors and Officers (SME) and Cyber product offerings;
• Is a seasoned professional recognized in the industry as a technical authority, demonstrating initiative in pinpointing opportunities and actively contributing to the organization's objectives;
• Exhibits exceptional communication abilities, with proficient skills in persuasion and negotiation, both in written form and during verbal interactions;
• Has a strong aptitude for cultivating and maintaining robust professional relationships;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with particular expertise in Excel;
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and French, enabling effective communication across diverse stakeholders;
• Demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic approach to challenges;
• Exhibits meticulousness and attentiveness to detail in all aspects of work;
• Capable of analyzing complex data and formulating insights and actionable conclusions;
