Brief Call
: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you

Interviews
(the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities

Case study
: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description
Join our team at Amaris Consulting and contribute to the success of our international organization, recognized for delivering high-value technology consulting services to over 1000 clients worldwide. As a Supply Chain Specialist based in Belgium, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our activities and supporting our growth in a dynamic environment.

Your missions

  • Ensure effective inventory management, including planning, purchasing, and inventory control
  • Collaborate with suppliers to improve performance and reduce costs
  • Analyze supply chain data to anticipate and resolve potential issues
  • Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining quality standards
  • Manage logistics for imports and exports
  • Work closely with the sales team to forecast demand and prevent stock shortages or surpluses
  • Maintain clear communication with all relevant departments regarding supply chain matters

Your profile

  • Academic background: Degree in logistics, business, or a related field
  • Experience: 3 to 6 years in a similar supply chain role
  • Fluency in French, dutch and english, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools, especially Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
