Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Developer
Tasks
- Be the MS-Dynamics CRM / CE (Customer Engagement) product specialist and provide support regarding any CRM issues, address customer concerns and provide a resolution
- Work with the Delivery Team and assist across all phases of Business Elements projects (e.g. Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, and Test)
- Demonstrate technical knowledge to design and implement CRM solutions
- Research customer issues that may be non-standard to offer solutions
- Support design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions
- Ensure project quality meets standards through critical metric identification and testing plan
- Identify process gaps and work cross-functionally to formulate improvement plans
- Travel as needed

Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience working as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Developer and Power BI development experience
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Engineering or other relevant fields of studies
- Experience in ASP.NET C# development, JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS and other web base technology and tools
- Ability to configure and customize on standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views and develop standard or custom reports using PowerBI and integrate with D365
- Knowledge in development web applications, web API, console applications, window services to integrate with D365, capacity to build the algorithm which can be modelized via power Automate, logic app, canvas apps, etc
- Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
