As Senior Growth Account Executive at Stretch Innovation, you will be a key driver of growth, helping clients embark on their innovation journeys. Your role will focus on developing and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities and proposing tailored solutions using our innovation framework.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business development: Identify and engage potential clients across various industries.
- Client Relationship management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Strategic solution selling: Understand client needs and work with our innovation teams to develop tailored proposals.
- Sales & negotiation: Present, negotiate, and close deals with professionalism and a strong service mindset.
- Market awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and competitive positioning.
- Networking: Represent Stretch Innovation at events and professional gatherings to expand our market presence.
SKILLS
- 5+ years of experience: in sales, business development, or a related field, with a strong, established network in the industry.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: A proactive, self-driven approach to identifying and seizing opportunities.
- Team player: Thrive in a collaborative environment, leveraging team strengths to achieve common goals.
- Strong communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
- Opportunity spotter: Ability to identify potential growth areas in any scenario.
- Persuasive & driven: A go-getter attitude with confidence in presenting to clients and stakeholders.
