Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Specialized Sales Modern Work professional at our Brussels location, combining on-site presence with flexibility for remote work. The role involves contributing to the sales strategy by identifying and engaging potential clients, providing tailored solutions for their modern workplace needs, and managing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include delivering presentations, supporting key accounts, and staying updated on market trends to proactively address clients' challenges.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving targets and building lasting client relationships.
  • Experience in Training and onboarding initiatives to guide clients and team members through product or service adoption.
  • Proficiency in delivering presentations, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities to address complex client needs.
  • Knowledge of modern workplace solutions, including technology tools and digital transformation strategies, is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills such as French or Dutch are highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in business, sales, technology, or a related field is preferred.
