Security Roadmap Program Manager

The Security Roadmap Program Manager leads and coordinates the execution of multiple interrelated projects federated into a program to achieve strategic objectives and deliver benefits that align with the organization's goals.

They ensure that the program's vision, governance, stakeholder engagement, benefits realization, and risk management processes are effectively managed to facilitate successful transformation and outcomes.

Your responsibilities:

• Program Planning, Execution and Control:
  Develops and maintains a comprehensive program plan that coordinates project activities, manages dependencies, and ensures the program's objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
• Strategic Alignment:
  Ensures that the program's initiatives are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives, facilitating the realization of key benefits and outcomes.
• Governance and Leadership:
  Establishes and maintains a governance framework that supports informed decision-making, accountability, and effective leadership throughout the program lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Actively manages communications and relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and expectations are managed throughout the program.
• Benefits Management:
  Identifies, monitors, and realizes the benefits of the program, ensuring that outcomes contribute directly to the organization's strategic goals.
• Financial Management:
  Oversees the program's budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and financial performance aligns with strategic objectives.
• Risk Management:
  Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks that could impact the program's success, ensuring that issues are proactively managed and resolved.

Your profile:

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Security, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' professional experience in the field of project management
• Strong, proven experience managing large and complex programs
• Program management framework education or certification (MSP, PMI,…)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Fluent English, and French or Dutch

Specific requirement:

A positive security advice from the National Security Authority is required for this role and the HR team will support you in the process after contract signature.
