1      General description

Are you a communicative, team-oriented individual, and highly experienced in project management within the Life Science industry? Then this role might be for you.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects within a fast-growing HealthTech environment. You will ensure that timelines, interdependencies, and critical deliverables are aligned with internal and external stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to serve as the central operational driver to keep the project team coordinated and external stakeholders aligned. Beyond managing projects, you will partner closely with the Head of PMO to improve practices & processes and support strategic decisions.

2      Your role

• Manages ongoing clinical trial projects and ensures timelines, quality standards, and budget are met.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Internal stakeholders include (but not limited to) the operational, data science and quality team. External stakeholders include (but not limited to) sponsors, CROs, clinicians, and KOLs. This is done in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Ensures pro-active operational excellence through effective meetings, action tracking, clear documentation of decisions, high quality project updates and documentation
• Develops and maintains detailed project plans with clear critical-path awareness
• Identifies and manages risks and issues proactively, collaborate with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies and resolve challenges
• Supports the Head of PMO in maturing project management practices, processes and workflows for optimal operational efficiency and service scalability
• Support the Head of PMO in portfolio oversight, resource planning, and strategic prioritization, identifies opportunities for operational excellence and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinates incoming client requests and feedback; ensures that all appropriate legal paperwork is in place (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement) in collaboration with internal business development and quality team

3      Your profile

• Degree in life science (or equivalent by experience), an advanced degree (PhD or MSc) is preferred
• 7–10 years of proven experience in project management, ideally at least 3 years of experience in HealthTech/Pharma or relevant industry
• Experience in clinical trial operations is an asset
• High proficiency in English, both written and oral

• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution
• Pro-active, solution-oriented approach to project management and organizational improvement with a strong sense of accountability
• Precise and customer-oriented approach
