As a leader in the industry, we are seeking a talented
Creative Designer
to support our team and elevate our brand through captivating designs across various platforms.

TO DO

• Packaging Design
  : Collaborate closely with the product development team to translate their vision into captivating packaging designs that reflect our brand identity.
• POS & Window design
  : Develop eye-catching window concepts for stores and flagships, from idea to execution; Design POS materials, merchandising visuals, booths, pop-ups, and travel retail experiences.
• Photo & Video design
  ; Lead shoot preparation and on-set creative guidance to craft iconic Neuhaus visuals, shaping the visual narrative from mood board to final shot
• Digital Design
  ; Deliver qualitative engaging assets for paid and organic media, aligned with our brand DNA.
• Brand Guidelines
  ; Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design elements.

TO BE

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• You've proven your creative skills as a lead designer or in a similar role, preferably within the consumer goods or food industry.
• You are a strong communicator & natural team player, able to work seamlessly with marketing, product development, retail, and external partners/stakeholders. You love being part of a team and supporting your colleagues on their creative concepts.
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented, someone who sees what needs to be done and jumps in.
• Comfortable guiding shoots and visual storytelling, from preparation to execution.
• Creative packaging design is your sweet spot. You've got an eye for aesthetics and understand the importance of material limitations, sustainability, and printing processes.
• Your design software skills are on fleek. You're a pro when it comes to industry-standard design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InDesign, Sketch, etc.
