What you'll do
As a Customer Expert, you will:

• Support customers through phone, email, and chat
• Create meaningful brand engagement with every interaction
• Deliver personalised, professional service with a first contact resolution mindset
• Become an expert on the products, sustainability commitments, and services
• Spot opportunities to upsell, retain customers, and increase order value
• Handle contacts in both Dutch/Flemish and English

Training & Development
Youll receive about 20 days of full-time training (in English) covering product knowledge, systems, customer experience, and hands-on practice. Successful completion leads directly to your employment contract.
