To support our growth, we are looking for a Regional Manager for the Wallonia region.

What will be expected of you in this role?

  • Operational leadership & performance management

    • Lead and coordinate daily operations across multiple sites.

    • Safeguard and continuously improve operational KPIs, including quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and safety.

    • Monitor operational and commercial performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective, scalable processes.

    Compliance, safety & quality

    • Ensure strict compliance with all safety, quality, commercial, and security procedures.

    • Act as a role model for operational discipline, risk awareness, and best practices.

    People leadership & culture

    • Create a positive, inclusive team atmosphere and actively promote employee engagement and well-being.

    • Coach, support, and develop team members through regular check-ins, on-the-job coaching, and structured performance follow-up.

    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and embed the company's core values across the region.

    Customer-centric & commercial mindset

    • Maintain a strong customer focus, with service excellence as a non-negotiable standard.

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships and address operational incidents or dissatisfaction swiftly and professionally.

    • Use customer feedback and performance indicators (including NPS, currently 75 as a benchmark) to drive continuous improvement.

    Hands-on execution & crisis management

    • Combine day-to-day operational execution with a broader strategic view of the region.

    • Handle critical situations with composure, clear prioritisation, and strong decision-making.


This is our ideal candidate:

  • A true team player, actively contributing to a positive and collaborative working culture.

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable managing, analysing, and improving KPIs.

  • Someone with high standards, strong ownership, and personal initiative.

  • Highly customer-focused, with a clear understanding of service excellence and long-term client relationships.

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in an operational management role, ideally in retail, hospitality, services, or another multi-site, performance-driven environment.

  • Bilingual French/Dutch (spoken and written); English is an asset.

  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable operating within a structured, results-oriented organisation.

  • You build trust-based relationships and embody integrity, accountability, and teamwork.

You combine hands-on execution with a strong commercial mindset, and you thrive in a dynamic, growing organisation. You enjoy being close to the work floor while keeping a clear view of the broader operational and performance picture.
