As a Client Advisor Expert, you are a true ambassador of the Maison, offering each client a unique and personalized experience. You share and develop your expertise and passion within your category (Women's RTW) and actively support the store's management in achieving commercial objectives. Missions
- Develop and share in-depth expertise in your product category (Women's RTW), putting it at the service of the store's performance.
- Create exceptional customer experiences by building strong and lasting relationships with each client.
- Animate the category by sharing relevant information with the team and implementing strategies to recruit and retain customers.
- Coach and inspire team members to achieve sales goals while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Stay at the forefront of market trends and collections, integrating this knowledge into your interactions and sales.
- Actively contribute to a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere, supporting the diversity of viewpoints and experiences within the team.
Profil
- Passion for the world of luxury and product expertise (Women's RTW).
- Successful experience in sales, ideally in a retail or luxury environment.
- Proven experience in your product category, for jewelry with advanced product and technical knowledge (gemstones, craftsmanship, materials).
- A natural mentor, able to inspire and elevate others through knowledge and example.
- Goal-oriented, with a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail.
- GIA certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build authentic and trusting relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in French or Dutch, and English, with a keen sense of listening and service.
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing market and customer needs.
- Team spirit and openness to diversity, valuing inclusive and respectful exchanges.
Etapes de recrutement

- Successful applicants will be moving to the first steps of the recruitment process, to complete an EasyRecrue video interview. Please keep an eye on your emails as the invitation will be sent from ICIMS.
- Following the video interview, there will be (minimum) three rounds of interviews either via Zoom or in person (with Store Management team, Merchandising and HR).
