Mission
You will manage the procurement of non-production goods and services in accordance with the required specifications and procedures. You will comply with, implement, monitor, and, where possible, improve the policies and procedures related to your assigned categories.

Responsibilities

• Indirect purchasing follow-up : manage daily needs with internal clients according to assigned categories while ensuring business continuity. Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Negotiate terms and conditions and identify process improvements.
• Compliance with policies and procedures : ensure application and improvement of procurement policies and procedures.
• Purchase order management in S4H , ensuring optimal purchasing conditions.
• End-to-end procurement coordination : manage the full procurement process (RFQ, contract signature, implementation follow-up) in alignment with stakeholders and internal policies.
• Indirect sourcing project management for assigned categories, especially regarding tendering processes.
• Contract requirements definition and negotiation : define contractual needs and negotiate terms in line with internal policies.
• Data and purchasing trends analysis : track spending, analyze supplier performance and market trends, monitor KPIs.
• Stakeholder management : advise, challenge, and coordinate processes internally while influencing decisions through well-reasoned arguments.
• Work in accordance with company standards (e.g., EN9100 quality standard, ISO 14001 environmental standard).
• Ensure compliance with EN9100 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Knowledge sharing : transfer knowledge and expertise to new team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and mutual support.

Profile
Education/Training : University degree or bachelor's in procurement, supply chain, engineering, or equivalent field.

Experience : At least 5 years of experience in procurement, including a minimum of 3 years as a Category Manager or Procurement Officer, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.

Budget management : Proficient in cost analysis and optimization techniques.

Interpersonal skills : Team player with strong negotiation skills, able to influence both internal and external stakeholders.

Technical/Linguistic/IT skills :

• Strong knowledge of the market and procurement techniques.
• Proficient in MS Office and S4H.
• Languages: Dutch or French, fluent in English.
