Technical Support Specialist




Job Description:

Were partnering with a cleantech infrastructure company looking for a Technical Support Specialist to act as a key technical point of contact supporting hardware and software solutions while collaborating closely with Sales, Level 2 Support, and Engineering teams.

This is a hands-on, technically focused role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, cross-team collaboration, and working with innovative technology.

What Youll Do:

  • Participate in structured training to become proficient in products
  • Act as a technical resource for internal teams, answering questions and creating clear, concise documentation
  • Collaborate with Sales and Level 2 Support on customer-facing technical topics
  • Support hardware, firmware, and platform testing and validation activities
  • Perform diagnostics, fault analysis, and troubleshooting using provided tools
  • Maintain accurate technical records and contribute to updating the knowledge base

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Good technical experience, ideally in electromechanical systems, hardware environments, or similar fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to new technologies
