Responsibilities

• Convert concrete test requests into test procedures and test equipment.
• Convert abstract test needs into real test plans.
• Ensure the execution of a part of the extended product design validation test plan and you

make sure the agreed milestones are being met.

• Convert the mid-long term planning in weekly planning and solve roadblocks which endanger

the progress in order to ensure high efficiency.

• Prepare, coordinate, perform (data) analysis and reporting of development tests.
• Work together with different disciplines to solve possible roadblocks.
• Help to work towards quality requirements as described in ISO 17025

Qualifications

• Master in Automotive, Electro-Mechanical with a strong interest for automotive or equivalent by

Experience

• Experience in the field of automotive testing and testing facilities.
• Experience with Hybrid Powertrains and Automatic Transmission is an advantage
• Experience in technically leading a team
• Analytical mindset
• Strong problem solving skills and are familiar with related methods like 8D. But more importantly, you

prevent problems by applying a structured personal work method where preparation is as important as

execution.

• Familiar with following tools: VECTOR CANape; CANalyser, AVL-CRETA, INCA, Matlab
