IT Project Lead oversees end-to-end IT projects and change initiatives, coordinating multiple IT systems and managing dependencies. Acts as a bridge between Business and Development teams, ensuring clear understanding of business, functional, and technical requirements. Requires strong stakeholder management, Digital Banking experience, Agile proficiency, and knowledge of E2E IT architecture.

• Oversee end-to-end IT projects and change initiatives.
• Facilitate the delivery of features across IT programs.
• Coordinate and connect multiple IT systems, identifying and managing dependencies within and outside the tribe/area.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and effectively engage with both business and IT teams.
• Act as a bridge between Business and Development teams, ensuring clear understanding of business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Understand overall IT architecture and link project changes to the end-to-end architecture.

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
• Experience in Digital Banking.
• Experience with Agile way of working.
• Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and IT teams.
• Ability to bridge Business and Development teams by understanding business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Understanding of overall IT architecture and linking project changes to the end-to-end (E2E) architecture.
• Fluent in English and at least one local language (French or Dutch).
