The markets our immersive experience technologies are used in range from live events, over theme parks and museums to flight simulators. Our Immersive Experiences R&D organization focusses on developing projection and image processing technology to make these immersive experiences come to life for our customers all over the world.

Function

We are looking for a FPGA Engineer to join our innovative R&D team for the Immersive eXperiences Business unit.

From inspiring people at the Gent Light Festival, through bringing digital art to galleries and museums worldwide, to providing visuals at world's leading concert stages, your work will make it happen

You will be responsible for designing the beating heart of our projectors. Your will deal with a variety of tasks, ranging from developing image processing functionality and control design processes for our digital projectors, over prototyping new products, to hardware design tasks (selecting the appropriate components, schematic entry, follow-up of board lay-out, ...)  and complex VHDL design plus verification through lifetime maintenance.
