DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

The Technical Manager leads a team of pre-sales engineers who support the sales team in identification of user requirements and ensuring customer needs are met through technical product solutions. ​The Technical Manager role reports to the Technical Director.​

​As the Technical Manager ​you will:

​​

  • Meet regularly with key customer-facing teams to collect and analyse user feedback to shape new product ideas and user requirements.
  • Implement usage tracking and analyse patterns to validate new feature requirement.
  • ​Work with the leadership team in planning the product roadmap.
  • Convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate them to the key partners.
  • Coordinate with engineering team to plan and deliver features on time.
  • Represent company in product or domain specific conferences and events.
  • Stay on top of the market and competition
  • Act like an owner for the success of your product.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Technical Manager:​

  • B.Sc. / B. Tech /BCA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Two or more years' experience in product management or similar role
  • possess good understanding of the Regional Market.
  • have exposure in Network Infrastructure & Security
  • Have strong solution skills in translating customer needs to product functionalities.
  • Experience in people leadership.
  • Have strong presentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems.
  • Familiarity in agile development framework will be preferable.
