We are currently looking for a
Global Products Contracting Officer
for one of our clients in the financial sector.

Mission Context

This role requires direct contact with clients, preparation of
Connexis contracts
, and responsibility for managing one's own client portfolio.

As the function requires the use of three languages, we are looking for
trilingual colleagues (French, Dutch, English)
.

Connexis
is an international product sold in over 40 countries, each with specific requirements.

Candidates must be able to quickly learn country-specific features and become
autonomous within two months
.

Your Responsibilities

Client & Contract Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding Connexis contracts.
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts according to client and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of all contract-related tasks.
• Maintain and manage a personal portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and compliance.

Process & Technical Expertise

• Apply process modeling techniques and methods to optimize workflows.
• Create flow charts and process documentation using tools such as Visio or ARIS.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process standardization.
• Ensure accurate and consistent use of reporting and workflow systems.

Languages

• Dutch – Fluent
• French – Fluent
• English – Fluent

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree

Experience & Technical Skills

• No specific number of years of experience required
• Technical writing skills
• Expertise in MS Office
• Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Aris) and creation of flow charts
• Good understanding of workflow processes
